After working my entire career in the financial industry\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6the last 30 as a financial advisor specializing in wealth management and retirement and estate planning, I think I have a good overview from working with so many clients on their retirement plans and dreams.\u00c2\u00a0 Now I am dealing with the same issues but mixed in with the Mexico real estate<\/a> industry.<\/p>\n

\"\"Unfortunately, retirement and certainly early retirement is only that\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6a dream.\u00c2\u00a0 Largely due to the increasing cost of living in the USA, the retirement goals are becoming cloudy, deferred or in some cases a big question mark.\u00c2\u00a0 Health care, living costs, taxes (income and property)\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6..all making it difficult to feel comfortable about retirement and the financial impact.<\/p>\n

Those lucky to be considering retirement now or in the near future at least can feel fairly secure that social security and medicare will be in tact.\u00c2\u00a0 But for those late baby boomers or the next generation, the financial discussion about the future of these critical issue are for sure up in the air making retirement planning even more difficult.\u00c2\u00a0 Their financial pressure are sure to mount as they start focusing on their later years.<\/p>\n

It is becoming more obvious to more and more people these days that the best solution is relocating outside the US and a Mexico retirement<\/a> seems to be the first choice of many Americans.\u00c2\u00a0 They are enjoying a better living on far less dollars.\u00c2\u00a0 But I know many people not familiar with retiring to Mexico<\/a> think it is too much of a hassle\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.leaving friends and family\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.different rules and laws\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6.and even the language issue.<\/p>\n
