On this beach, you can relax in the warm sun, warm your feet in the soft, white sand, and watch sailboats go by \u00e2\u20ac\u201c all adding up to complete relaxation.\u00c2\u00a0 A cold drink might be in order, or maybe just a lounge chair in view of a rustic old dock.\u00c2\u00a0 Xcalacoco is the meeting point of isolated old beaches of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/playadelcarmen-real-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\">Playa del Carmen real estate<\/a> region and the newest in resorts, condo developments and gated communities.  The beach is located just north of town, about a mile or two from the first downtown area beaches.
