Last time I wrote about the wonderful Playa del Carmen condos<\/a> known as Viliv and their exciting second version \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Awa condos<\/a> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c I focused on the success of Viliv during 2011, and the fact that this can give buyers a good deal of confidence in Awa as a low-priced option that offers a very high quality of life.<\/p>\n

This time I want to focus on the community; El Cielo.\u00c2\u00a0 What\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s most striking is that you can get a beautiful condo in this excellent community for a low price.\u00c2\u00a0 Take a look at some of the features:<\/p>\n

Both Awa and Viliv (which are right beside each other) are very close to the beachfront.\u00c2\u00a0 Residents can walk down, or enjoy a very short drive to access one of the nicest, quietest beaches in the area \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Xcalacoco.\u00c2\u00a0 Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t forget that Playa del Carmen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s soft, white sand and turquoise blue water has made it one of the favorite beaches in the world!<\/p>\n

There are bike trails running throughout El Cielo, making it easy for residents to enjoy their entire community on a relaxing bike ride.\u00c2\u00a0 Warm weather all year makes it to ride bike in Playa del Carmen.<\/p>\n

Right now, most of the community is still lush, green jungle. Yet, 14 areas within the smaller community are designated to remain natural, green jungle, along with vegetation on the boulevards, etc.\u00c2\u00a0 This keeps the air fresh and the views beautiful!<\/p>\n
