One of the really big points in favor of Quadra Alea Condos<\/a> is the walking distance to Playa del Carmen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Fifth Avenue. As I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve mentioned before, the complex is also a beautiful oasis of green space and quiet in the heart of downtown; today let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s take a look at the downtown part of this \u00e2\u20ac\u201c especially Little Italy, the part of Fifth Avenue closest to Quadra Alea.<\/p>\n

During the day, the street is lively and colorful \u00e2\u20ac\u201c the perfect place to enjoy an Italian gelato or nice lunch.\u00c2\u00a0 During the night, it is lit by lanterns and offers a romantic atmosphere where everyone seems to be relaxed, and music can be heard.<\/p>\n

Other than gelaterias, there are very good Italian restaurants, cafes, cigar shops, bars, shoe stores, boutiques with clothing and accessories and much more.\u00c2\u00a0 It is a great place to go for dinner, have a snack, shop, or just walk around \u00e2\u20ac\u0153window shopping\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and enjoying the views.\u00c2\u00a0 Relaxing on one of the benches is also a very pleasant way to spend an evening.<\/p>\n
