Here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s some exciting news about Awa Condos<\/a>, Playa del Carmen; the concrete structure is now completely finished!\u00c2\u00a0 I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m a little late on bringing you these pictures \u00e2\u20ac\u201c they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re from a few weeks back, in late September.\u00c2\u00a0 This means construction is coming along quickly, and the developer is now ready to complete installations, utilities and finishes.\u00c2\u00a0 Very exciting!<\/p>\n

In case you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re not familiar with Awa, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s one of the best prices to be found in Playa del Carmen, and on top of that it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s in an excellent location in El Cielo Residencial<\/a>, a beautiful gated community a reasonable walk or short bike ride away from the beach.\u00c2\u00a0 During late 2010 and 2011 this same developer sold out and constructed another complex with a similar concept (low price, nice design and comfortable living) right next door.\u00c2\u00a0 The complex was completed and sold so successfully that they started with Awa immediately afterwards.\u00c2\u00a0 Here are 2 more pictures of the construction:<\/p>\n
