We’ve written about El Cielo Residencial<\/a><\/span> on this blog a number of times before.\u00c2\u00a0 Basically there are two reasons.\u00c2\u00a0 One is that there are a number great developments up for sale here these days, like\u00c2\u00a0Awa Condos<\/a> and Hacienda del Rio Residential<\/a>; the other is that it’s just such a pleasant little community – spacious, green, well laid out, nice homes, lots of nature, wildlife, etc. – a great place just to go for a nice evening walk or a relaxing bike ride down to the beach.<\/p>\n

\"\"Let me just tell you take you on a bike ride through.\u00c2\u00a0 To start off, imagine you’re in a beautiful condo complex – nice pool, spacious lounge area, etc.\u00c2\u00a0 But you’re in the mood for the beach today.\u00c2\u00a0 So you pack your towel, sunscreen and a couple of nice cold drinks into a bag, and you’re ready to head out.<\/p>\n

\"\"The bike trail starts right across from your condo.\u00c2\u00a0 You’re in the mood for going for a little ride, so you decide to take a loop around the other end of El Cielo.\u00c2\u00a0 Along the way you pass the security booth.\u00c2\u00a0 The guard knows you and waves out the window.\u00c2\u00a0 He shouts something as you go by – was that Spanish or English?\u00c2\u00a0 You’re not sure, but the smile on his face, as always, let’s you know that it was friendly!<\/p>\n

\"\"As you ride along, you pass the large areas still covered in bush that will a commercial area in the future with some stores and shops. You keep going and pass other green natural areas that will just stay that way; they’re part of the design.<\/p>\n

Suddenly – something darts out in front of you -what is it a fox?\u00c2\u00a0 You stop and try to get out the camera, but you realize you forgot it at home.\u00c2\u00a0 That’s OK, here, you see wildlife all the time.\u00c2\u00a0 Just last week you got some nice pictures of monkeys up in the treetops<\/strong><\/em>!<\/p>\n

\"\"Here and there, you see large, beautiful homes and nice condos.\u00c2\u00a0 More are going up all the time – but that’s fine, since they’re all nice.<\/p>\n

Finally, you come to the south gate.\u00c2\u00a0 You wave to the security guard there as he waves you by with a tip of the hat!\u00c2\u00a0 They already know you well.\u00c2\u00a0 The road to the beach is completely undeveloped with bush on both sides.\u00c2\u00a0 In about 5 minutes you see the bush opening up with the white sand and turquoise water shining through.\u00c2\u00a0 You lock up your bike, take off your sandals and walk down onto the soft warm sand!<\/p>\n
