Jorge Cantero, my favorite Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)\u00c2\u00a0 instructor with Linda Neil,\u00c2\u00a0Mexico real estate<\/a><\/span> expert and pioneering La Paz real estate<\/a><\/span> broker, and a new CIPS Designee from the Philippines.\u00c2\u00a0 Following the CIPS breakfast, the instructors formed a receiving line to greet the new Designees. Aida Turbow the CIPS instructor asked her class to come up with an idea for dress.<\/p>\n

They chose Chefs uniforms over the traditional dress of their country. Rather interesting scene, a long white line of \u00e2\u20ac\u0153chefs\u00e2\u20ac\u009d receiving PINS and certificates. Of the 450 new CIPS Designees in 2012, 31 are from the Philippines. There are now about 4,000 CIPS Designees, globally.<\/p>\n
