Adem\u00c3\u00a1s de resaltar los procesos previos a la construcci\u00c3\u00b3n como son la investigaci\u00c3\u00b3n de uso de suelo, revisi\u00c3\u00b3n de planes maestro, entre otros. Recordemos que la zona d\u00c3\u00b3nde se llevar\u00c3\u00a1 a cabo nuestra construcci\u00c3\u00b3n puede ser zona protegida o puede contar en su interior, con fauna y flora en peligro de extinci\u00c3\u00b3n, y para ello existen una serie de procesos y permisos gubernamentales que debemos revisar antes de iniciar cualquier proyecto de construcci\u00c3\u00b3n.<\/p>\n<p>Recuerda que un proyecto de construcci\u00c3\u00b3n es un proyecto que requiere de una gran coordinaci\u00c3\u00b3n entre las diversas responsabilidades que este mismo conlleva.
