A while back, we created a map search option.\u00c2\u00a0 This week, we’ve released a new, improved map search for Mexico real estate listings<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 Here’s a quick run down on how it how it works.<\/p>\n

First of all, when you go to the map search option, the start screen (https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/mexico-for-sale\/?pageId=1&area=1<\/a>) will look like this:<\/p>\n

\"Property<\/a><\/p>\n

On this screen, you can search by:<\/p>\n

1. selecting search criteria<\/strong> on the upper left hand corner (1).\u00c2\u00a0 The map will automatically zoom in on the region you select and show only the properties which match your criteria.<\/p>\n

2. clicking on a “Property Cluster.”<\/strong> (2)\u00c2\u00a0 The little red magnifying glasses with numbers on them represent a cluster of properties in a certain region.\u00c2\u00a0 The number represents how many properties are listed in that region. When you click on the cluster, the map will zoom in on that region.<\/p>\n

3. selecting properties<\/strong> from the listings on the lower left (3).\u00c2\u00a0 This will take you out of the map search page to the property listing details.<\/p>\n

4. manually zooming in<\/strong> on the map using the Google sliding zoom tool.\u00c2\u00a0 Be sure to center it on the area you want!<\/p>\n

Once you have zoomed in by any method, you will see a more detailed map, like this (the detail will vary depending on how much you zoom in):<\/p>\n

\"Property<\/a><\/p>\n

On this map you will see:<\/p>\n

1. Individual properties.\u00c2\u00a0 <\/strong>These appear as green price tags with the price of the property on them (1).\u00c2\u00a0 These only appear once you have zoomed in far enough.<\/p>\n

2. Property basic details<\/strong>. If you move the cursor over one of the green price tags, a small window (2) appears with one thumbnail picture and basic information.\u00c2\u00a0 If you click on the green price tag, fuller property details appear (see below.)<\/p>\n

3. Smaller property clusters.<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0 The red magnifying glasses continue to appear representing smaller clusters of properties in each community.<\/p>\n

Finally, if you click on one of the green price tags, an even larger window with more property details appears, like this:<\/p>\n

In this window, you can:<\/p>\n

1. Preview all listing pictures<\/strong>, by clicking the arrows under the picture that appears.<\/p>\n

2. Go to the full property listing.<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0 This takes you away from the map page.<\/p>\n

3. Download a brochure<\/strong> for the property.<\/p>\n

4. See basic property details<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This new, easy-to-use map search option adds to our distinct variety of property search options making it easier to choose the search method that works best for you!<\/p>\n

Aqu\u00c3\u00ad te explicar\u00c3\u00a9 un poco c\u00c3\u00b3mo hacer uso de \u00c3\u00a9l.<\/p>\n

Para empezar, cuando entres a la p\u00c3\u00a1gina del mapa<\/a>, ver\u00c3\u00a1s algo as\u00c3\u00ad:<\/p>\n

Como puedes ver en la pantalla podr\u00c3\u00a1s realizar tu b\u00c3\u00basqueda:<\/p>\n

1. Seleccionando tus criterios de b\u00c3\u00basqueda.<\/strong> En la parte superior izquierda puedes seleccionar tus propios criterios de b\u00c3\u00basqueda y encontrar las propiedades que se ajusten a esos criterios de b\u00c3\u00basqueda.<\/p>\n

2. Dando click a una propiedad n particular.<\/strong> Los c\u00c3\u00adrculos rojos indican la cantidad de propiedades enlistadas en esa regi\u00c3\u00b3n, dando click en \u00c3\u00a9l, el mapa hace zoom y podr\u00c3\u00a1s encontrar una propiedad que sea de tu gusto.<\/p>\n

3. Seleccionando alguna propiedad sugerida.<\/strong> En la parte inferior izquierda podr\u00c3\u00a1s realizar b\u00c3\u00basquedas r\u00c3\u00a1pidas por precio, n\u00c3\u00bamero de habitaciones, tipo de propiedad, etc.<\/p>\n

4. Haciendo un zoom manual.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Una vez realizada tu b\u00c3\u00basqueda y una vez que hayas hecho zoom podr\u00c3\u00a1s tener una imagen m\u00c3\u00a1s detallada de las propiedades, como se muestra en la siguiente imagen:<\/p>\n

Con el mapa en zoom podr\u00c3\u00a1s ver:<\/p>\n

1. Ubicaci\u00c3\u00b3n exacta de las propiedades.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Detalles b\u00c3\u00a1sicos de las propiedades.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Las diferentes opciones de propiedades cercanas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finalmente si das click en alguno de los recuadros verdes con el precio de lista, una ventana se abrir\u00c3\u00a1 mostrando todos los detalles de la propiedad, como se muestra a continuaci\u00c3\u00b3n:<\/p>\n

En esta ventana podr\u00c3\u00a1s:<\/p>\n

1. Dar un vistazo a una galer\u00c3\u00ada de fotos de la propiedad.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Ir al link directo sobre esa propiedad en particular.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3. Descargar el folleto sobre esa propiedad.<\/strong><\/p>\n

4. Ver las descripciones generales.<\/strong><\/p>\n
