When it comes to\u00c2\u00a0Mexico real estate<\/a>, there are a number of ways that a simple real estate purchase can really be an “investment,” including the following.<\/p>\n Appreciation<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong>Mexico’s main markets have been some of the healthiest in growth and appreciation.\u00c2\u00a0 Even if you’re not buying your property for this reason, you can look forward to ongoing stability in value, if not healthy growth.<\/p>\n Rental Income<\/strong><\/p>\n Even if you’re buying as a rental investment, the bottom line is that if there are times that you will not be using your property in Mexico yourself, there is a good chance that it will have some potential for rental income.\u00c2\u00a0 Mexican properties usually have a higher rental-income-to-value ratio.<\/p>\n Savings on Expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n Property taxes for only $150 USD per year?!?
