Here we are looking at our notes and chatting with Tim:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/brokers\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Thomas-Lloyd-and-Linda-Neil-2.jpg\" alt=\"Mexico Real Estate Brokers\" width=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Phone Interview with Tim Johnson<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/brokers\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Thomas-Lloyd-and-Linda-Neil.jpg\" alt=\"Mexico Real Estate Brokers\" width=\"454\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We talked about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/blog\/2013\/04\/26\/new-bank-trust-law-how-long-will-it-take-how-promising\/\" target=\"_blank\">new bill that may allow for direct ownership<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m looking forward to seeing Tim\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s take on this topic!<\/p>\n<p>Linda and I also went to a meeting at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/tulum-real-estate\/aldea-zama\/\" target=\"_blank\">Aldea Zama<\/a>\u00c2\u00b4s offices and then to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/property\/?n=hacienda-del-rio\" target=\"_blank\">Hacienda del Rio<\/a>, which is really looking great!\u00c2\u00a0 Shortly, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll share an interview with Linda\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s invaluable opinion on this project.<\/p>\n<p>We also did some video interviews on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Linda\u00c2\u00b4s background and services as a broker<\/li>\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/brokers\/tag\/nar-spotlight-program-mexico-2013\/\" target=\"_blank\">Mexico Spotlight 2013<\/a> <em>(a program from U.S. Realtors to highlight the strengths of real estate in this country.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This last project is, of course, closely connected to the one Linda and I are working together on this year to build new international connections for the Mexico real estate industry.<\/p>\n<p>Seeing Linda again has been wonderful, and I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m looking forward continuing with these new and exciting projects for this year!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u201d<br \/>\n<strong>Thomas Lloyd<\/strong><em> graduated from Purdue University Krannert School of Management with a degree in Management\/Financial Option Investments.
