Just this week, we got some really exciting news \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Awa Condos<\/a> here in a beautiful gated community at the north end of Playa del Carmen<\/a> has only 5 units left to be sold, and since the developer wants to get them sold off to tie up the project quickly, the are returning to pre-construction prices!<\/em><\/p>\n

Now the incredible part about this is that the complex is not even finished being built yet! So this developer has just done a fantastic job of moving along at a good pace with the development and sales ensuring that buyers will be enjoying their properties soon!<\/p>\n

We’ll have more about this promotion coming, but for now this reminded me of some pictures I took a couple of weeks ago.\u00c2\u00a0 Take a look to get a feel for how things are coming along in Awa.<\/p>\n
