{"id":6780,"date":"2013-07-11T08:54:06","date_gmt":"2013-07-11T14:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/temp-blog\/?p=6780"},"modified":"2017-08-28T16:17:45","modified_gmt":"2017-08-28T21:17:45","slug":"if-you-love-wildlife-choose-your-property-in-playa-del-carmen-accordingly","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/blog\/2013\/07\/if-you-love-wildlife-choose-your-property-in-playa-del-carmen-accordingly\/","title":{"rendered":"<!--:en-->If You Love Wildlife, Choose Your Property in Playa del Carmen Accordingly!<!--:-->"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--:en--><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"coati in playacar\" src=\"http:\/\/i255.photobucket.com\/albums\/hh138\/beatlo\/Nature\/coati-in-playacar_zps879db355.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" \/>\u00c2\u00a0<\/strong>On this blog and our others we&#8217;ve mentioned before that you have wonderful chances to see wildlife in and around Playa del Carmen \u00e2\u20ac\u201c monkeys, foxes, deer, tapirs and many others.\u00c2\u00a0 Today I want to add two points to this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You don&#8217;t have to trek out into the jungle to find wildlife<\/li>\n<li>If you choose the right location, you can see wildlife at your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/playadelcarmen-real-estate\/\">property in Playa del Carmen<\/a> quite regularly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When I say \u00e2\u20ac\u0153choose the right place\u00e2\u20ac\u009d it basically means outside of downtown.\u00c2\u00a0 For example, just on Tuesday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/lets-retire-in-mexico\/2013\/07\/deer-in-playacar-wildlifewednesday\/?lang=en\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Bea saw a deer in Playacar<\/span><\/a>, which is a beautiful, natural community, right next to downtown; most people could walk, and the entire community is within an easy bike ride.\u00c2\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" title=\"monkey in cielo residencial\" src=\"http:\/\/i255.photobucket.com\/albums\/hh138\/beatlo\/Nature\/monkey-in-cielo-residencial_zpsdde7c55a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve also mentioned the wildlife in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/playadelcarmen-real-estate\/elcieloresidential\/\">El Cielo<\/a> several times \u00e2\u20ac\u201c a gated community a 10 minute drive from downtown.<\/p>\n<p>If you do want to be further out into the jungle, you can try an eco community like Los Arboles in Tulum.
