This morning we visited a condo complex inside of Playacar<\/a> Playacar is a closed gated community, with a golf course and within walking distance of the famous 5th avenue of Playa del Carmen<\/a> The unique location being on the Mexican Caribbean, walking distance to the restaurants, pubs, coffee houses and shops, has made this residential community an instant success since its creation nearly 10 years ago If you wish to compare this community with other options on the Mexican Caribbean or other parts of Mexico you can review options at www.TOPmexicorealestate.com<\/a> The condos we visited are located at the end of a culti sac drive, giving much privacy and no automobile traffic<\/p>\n

\"PlayaIt has a beautiful straight line, minimalist pool, (an ideal lap pool) and opens onto a pond view off of the golf course Our meeting was to prepare for a couple of client's requests to visit the complex We wanted to ensure that the property met the standards, ensure papers were updated, and to obtain a construction update status of this Playa del Carmen preconstruction condo project We arrived expecting to visit a well constructed condominium, but this place had some surprisingly nice features and a strong inviting atmosphere As Andy commented, “It doesn`t feel like a vacation home, this feels more like a home for my family”<\/p>\n

The sliding glass doors are fantastic features and quite practical They slide completely open, allowing for comfortable outdoor living and expansion of the quarters onto the wide wooden deck in front The kitchen includes an island that expands onto a built in dining room table Pricing includes all appliances and a wide utility room is large enough to store bulky packages or boxes.<\/p>\n

There are 5 different buildings and 3 condos per building, 3 floorsThe top floors are called the penthouse units, and these have their own private solarium On the left is a picture of this wide open spaced roof top These, as can be seen open out onto the golf course with the ponds seen in the background The floors will be wooden, and to the right hand corner is a high installed plunge pool Very ample, and perfect to hold evening and night get togethers If you want more information on this property or similar properties in Playa del Carmen or in Playacar, feel free to contact us for more information or more photos<\/p>\n
