The mall offers many services and conveniences \u00e2\u20ac\u201c<\/strong> There is a supermarket, OfficeMax, a movie theater, a bowling alley (as of about a year ago), a food court, several furniture and appliance stores (including a newer, upscale European store,) clothing, shoes and jewelry, and a variety of other shops.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The beach is a short drive away<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The beach is about a 10-15 minute drive away, by car or taxi.\u00c2\u00a0 Those who enjoy biking can get there in about 20-25 minutes. And, of course, you have to remember that these aren’t just any beaches \u00e2\u20ac\u201c these are Playa del Carmen’s beaches, among the finest to be found!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"BambuThere are excellent properties for good prices<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c A large master development is taking shape behind the mall.\u00c2\u00a0 There is a variety of properties, including lots, luxury homes and also simple homes.\u00c2\u00a0 For some examples, see here<\/a>. All offer the full benefits of this community. In this location, you can expect to get even more for your cash than downtown!<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is well designed \u00e2\u20ac\u201c<\/strong> The layout of the roads, the visual appeal of the communities and all other aspects have been designed to create a relaxing environment for a quiet but active lifestyle.\u00c2\u00a0 The road layout offers quick access to the highway while still offering privacy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There will be sports facilities<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c At the center of the community there will be sports complex for community use.\u00c2\u00a0 Combined with bike trails and an appealing outdoor atmosphere make it easy and enjoyable to keep fit!<\/p>\n

This community offers many benefits and good prices, as well as easy access to Playa del Carmen’s best mall.\u00c2\u00a0 Be sure to consider it as one of your options in Playa del Carmen.<\/p>\n
