Now, a reminder of some of the details:<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c These condos are located just a short walk from Fifth Avenue, the lively heart of Playa del Carmen&#8217;s downtown tourist district, and just another short block or two to the beach.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong> <strong>Size<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c These are probably the most spacious condos in Playa del Carmen&#8217;s downtown area, by a fairly large margin.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Price<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Considering the size, the prices are very competitive.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong> <strong>Green space &amp; quiet<\/strong> \u00e2\u20ac\u201c When you walk into this complex, you might forget that you are only a block or two from the busiest downtown streets; the quiet atmosphere, the large green spaces \u00e2\u20ac\u201c it all looks like something more like what you would find out of town in a gated community.<\/p>\n<p>So go take a look at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/property\/?n=quadra-alea\">details, more pictures, videos, etc.<\/a>\u00c2\u00a0 These condos are a refreshing balance of the best of both worlds.<strong><em><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8212;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Doug Morgan<\/strong><em> was born in Dayton, Ohio and went to college at Buckeye State. \u00c2\u00a0Moving to Louisiana after college, he became President of his New York Stock Exchange company at the age of 28. \u00c2\u00a0 His later career shifted to Florida and the investment business, where he was a financial advisor and branch manager for over 30 years. \u00c2\u00a0He bought his first condominium in Mexico in 2008 (from Top Mexico Real Estate), initially as a vacation home, but a year later he retired and moved full time to Playa del Carmen.
