If you own, or are looking for, real estate in Playa del Carmen<\/a> chances are you have been following some of the many changes that are coming to our small trendy beach town. Among those well talked about topics is Club Santanera, one of Playa del Carmen\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s oldest and most popular night clubs expected to relocate and open its doors on the 5th<\/sup> Avenue, on or around December 25th<\/sup>!<\/p>\n

This is just amongst some of the many changes that are giving Playa del Carmen a whole new face lift this season; and the beginning of multiple projects which could turn Playa del Carmen into a place we can soon be unfamiliar with!<\/p>\n

What was once a quiet beach town is now an increasingly busy and evolving town!\u00c2\u00a0 Great for some but for others, they are feeling a little bit of pain as their hearts and minds are still in love with what once was!\u00c2\u00a0 A quiet simple beach town!<\/p>\n

So how do you feel about a major nightclub going up on the most popular pedestrian walkway in Playa del Carmen?\u00c2\u00a0 Will it really have as much affect as people think it will?\u00c2\u00a0 Perhaps that is all about perception!<\/p>\n

While the nightclub does not open, neither get popular, until most of us are already in bed, some people are weary of the ripple effect this will have on the entire town.\u00c2\u00a0 Will there be more?\u00c2\u00a0 Will other establishments soon be following suit adding more entertainment venues on our lovely pedestrian walk way?<\/p>\n

Some say\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6Bring it on!<\/b><\/p>\n

While others are a bit discouraged by the growth and popularity of Playa del Carmen others are ecstatic and excited!\u00c2\u00a0 Growth means more conveniences, more recourse, more jobs, and more movement in Playa del Carmen!<\/p>\n

As a real estate owner who counts on rental income, this kind of growth is exactly what will put money in your pocket!\u00c2\u00a0 More growth equals more demand and better return on your investment!<\/p>\n

The Peace of Playa is not lost, however!<\/b><\/p>\n

Just as we see continued growth in downtown, and in the main touristic points, we are also seeing incredible expansion in general; making Playa del Carmen a bigger town to accommodate for both liveliness and for peace and tranquility!<\/p>\n

Just as there were no nightclubs on the 5th<\/sup> avenue, years back, neither were communities such as El Cielo which maintain that peace and quiet that some of us love so much!<\/p>\n

El Cielo Residential<\/a> is a favored area, not only because its homey neighborhood feel, but because there are new properties such as Awa and Hacienda del Rio which are built with every Americanized modern convenience in mind!<\/p>\n

If you are hunting real estate in Playa del Carmen in a quiet neighborhood, for a nice price and with modern conveniences, this could be the new part of Playa anyone could hope for!<\/p>\n

Playacar<\/a> is still a great option to stay and live in Playa del Carmen without so much traffic and noise!\u00c2\u00a0 Playacar has always been able to maintain its peaceful charm with beautiful clean quiet beaches; and all while still being close enough to enter downtown quickly and easily by taxi or bike!<\/p>\n

Taggling on a bit toward the North is the beautiful residences at Gran Coral where you can find beautiful luxury condos such as Marezul<\/a> on a perfectly maintained stretch of beach in Playa del Carmen.\u00c2\u00a0 Here you will not find any distractions.\u00c2\u00a0 And like Playacar you can appreciate easy access into the center when needed.<\/p>\n
