Andy and I took a trip out to Las Villas de Mexico <\/a>in Cancun last friday to review a Mexico Home <\/a>option for some clients We were excited with what we had to see If you are retiring in Mexico <\/a>and searching in the Cancun real estate market<\/a>,wish to live within a Mexico gated community, this property should be of high interest Las Villas de Mexico has various amenities that are very appealing to Mexican home owners such as an on site marina, and an on site golf course.<\/p>\n

The developers greeted us at the office and introduced us to several of the people on staff “The project is still quite new, and the pricing will soon be released with a special price while in the preconstruction phase” mentioned the sales director “If any people are interested in learning more of the property, we can arrange for a trip down to Cancun where we will invite them on site to visit the project, see the proejct under construcion, visit the golf course <\/a>and the layout of the marina.” added the developers Cocktail reception, Mexican mariachi, introduction to the culture of Mexico and the Mexican Caribbean elegance will all be part of the tour<\/p>\n
