Make sure you don\u00c2\u00b4t abuse your agent\u00c2\u00b4s time. We totally understand that once you land in paradise a.k.a. Riviera Maya, you want to make the most out of your limited time, but so is our time! And we want to make sure we can show you as many properties as possible during our tour dates so you make a very informed decision on your future purchase.<\/p>\n

Therefore it is wise to look at different websites at home and ask yourself basic questions such as \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Do I want to go with a selling agent based on the product or I\u00c2\u00b4d better go for an agent that will take good care of me?\u00e2\u20ac\u009d based on that, write a pros and cons list depending on what the brokerages you are reviewing offer you. Testimonial videos of past clients<\/a>, e-books and kits are a good way of knowing how trustworthy an agent or real estate shop is.<\/p>\n

Ask your agent about the same forms you need to fill and documentation you need to present as if you were in your home country.
