I recently did a post on a condo hotel project in\u00c2\u00a0a gated community in my Playa del Carmen real estate <\/a>region. There is another brand new beautiful complex that was constructed by the same developer in a dynamite location in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen.\u00c2\u00a0 Built right on the beach, and with easy walking access to the 5th Ave which is the major tourist attraction, this project is very interesting because it is a landmark for the real estate in Playa del Carmen<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 El Faro<\/a>, or ‘The Lighthouse \u00c2\u00a0had been a hotel previously and there was a large lighthouse structure maintained through the construction of this new condo hotel as you will see in photos below.<\/p>\n

This is a very luxurious complex and one of the top Playa del Carmen condos <\/a>that offers many great amenities such as direct beach access, sensational views of the Caribbean waters, lobby, elevators, underground parking, large infinito swimming pool with decks and lounge chairs and beds, a fine cuisine\u00c2\u00a0restaurant \/ beach club\u00c2\u00a0onsite called Wicky’s that offers inside and patio dining and more.<\/p>\n

We have a couple\u00c2\u00a0outstanding resales and one of them is possibly the\u00c2\u00a0best situated units since it’s\u00c2\u00a0right smack on the oceanfront.
