PLAYA DEL CARMEN real estate <\/a>market continues on a good track with the beach recovery project going forward at a good clip.\u00c2\u00a0 The beaches from the Constituyentes pier going south upto the street 6 are….\u00c2\u00a0looking completely different\u00c2\u00a0with large amounts of sand that extend for\u00c2\u00a0upto 20 yards beyond the original water mark!\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/div>\n
The beaches are still off limits for tourists and visitors.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 The plan is to be finished by mid week for the first phase of the recovery.\u00c2\u00a0 The sand is coming from Cozumel, and will also be used to help the beaches up and down the Playacar and all of these Playa del Carmen beachfront real estate<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 The first phase covers from Constituyentes upto the ferry dock off of Puerto Juarez.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Second phase is to cover all of the playacar beachfront areas.\u00c2\u00a0<\/div>\n
