\"InvestingUsually, when we talk about the U.S.-Mexico exchange, it’s tends to be focused on what Mexicans want from the U.S. – e.g. they want U.S. jobs, investment, tourism, etc. And then the discussion focuses on to what extent it is good for Americans to offer those items.<\/p>\n

However, another way to look at it is what Mexico can offer Americans.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What Mexico offers Retirees and Vacationers<\/strong><\/p>\n

The benefits that Mexico offers retirees and vacationers heading south are fairly well known (beachfront lifestyle, affordable living, nice weather, etc.) so I won’t repeat the whole list hear.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Investors<\/strong><\/p>\n

U.S. businesspeople and investors can find a whole slew of good opportunities in Mexico in real estate investment, opening small businesses and other forms of investment.\u00a0 Generally speaking, less market information in the control of the “big leaguers” leaves more room for small-time investors to get their foot in the door.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

U.S. Workers<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"InvestingAs I noted in the last post, at least one Mexican company has given the U.S. 40,000 jobs.\u00a0 Mexico also gives U.S. workers the chance to become business owners and investors.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

U.S. Real Estate Brokers<\/strong><\/p>\n

As we know, U.S. brokers can gain a referral commission simply from sending their buyers down to a professional broker here in Mexico.\u00a0 U.S. brokers are also seeing the benefits of selling to Mexican buyers, who have become a sizable market force in the U.S. itself.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

My prediction is that more and more, many the Americans who are most successful will be those who realize and capitalize on what Mexico can offer them.<\/p>\n
