In the p.m. the Presidents of Sections (AMPI now has 75 spread across the Republic) will meet and present reports.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>AMPI\u2019s Training and Statistics Institute (CCIE) will present a two day long Leadership Forum. There will be speakers from the U.S., Spain and of course Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During the week the promotional team for the NAR, \u201c Spotlight on Mexico\u201d, program will huddle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The highlight of the week will be the <a title=\"In Cuernavaca for AMPI\u2019s Swearing-In Ceremony\" href=\"http:\/\/www.topmexicorealestate.com\/brokers\/2013\/01\/in-cuernavaca-for-ampis-swearing-in-ceremony\/\" target=\"_blank\">Toma de Protesta<\/a> (Inauguration). In addition to the Governor of Morelos, in the audience will be representatives of the Federal Government and REALTORS\u00ae from Brazil, Canada, Central America the United States and Mexico. AMPI will have its first female Vice President and ten new members will be sworn in as members of the National Advisory Board.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our new President, Guillermo Salgado and Jeffrey Hornberger, Director of NAR\u2019s Global Business Alliances Group are scheduled to sign an AMPI\/NAR work agreement for 2013, at the TOMA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The coming year is full of bright prospects for AMPI and its members.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>John Glaab<\/strong> <em>is a founding member of Los Cabos Chapter of AMPI (the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals). A <strong>Certified International Property Specialist<\/strong> (CIPS) he is active in the National Association of Realtors\u00ae <strong>Global Business Alliances Group<\/strong>. John was recently appointed as a member of AMPI\u2019s International Relations Committee and was named <strong>International REALTOR\u00ae Member of the Year, 2013<\/strong> by NAR.
