Mexico\u2019s unique cuisine is not only tasty, but quite healthy as well. By using such ingredients as peppers, avocados, limes and plenty of beans provide you with an abundance of antioxidants, proteins and other nourishing vitamins and minerals. It \u201cTastes great and is good for you!\u201d What more do you need?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anyone who hasn\u2019t had the opportunity to try \u2018real\u2019 authentic Mexican dishes are missing out. You won\u2019t get them from corporate chains or fast food joints. You need to search out places that are not so popular or not-so fancy looking buildings. Although, the best option is to visit Mexico itself. However, Mexico has many prepared foods that most people have never tried let alone heard of. Such dishes as:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><em>Chilaquiles <\/em>\u2013 a breakfast dish that consist of fried corn tortillas, chili peppers, eggs and chicken served with a cheese and sour cream topping.<\/li>\n<li><em>Pozole <\/em>is a soup that is served with a broth that has chicken, hominy and plenty of herbs and spices. It is topped with radishes, onion, lime and chili.<\/li>\n<li><em>Chile en Nogada <\/em>is one of Mexico\u2019s most patriotic dishes that displays the colors of Mexico\u2019s flag. It is a Poblano pepper stuffed with a variety of ingredients that is well known to the region.<\/li>\n<li><em>Enchiladas <\/em>are one of the favorite dishes for visitors to Mexico. They are corn tortillas stuffed with your choice of meats, beans, rice and vegetables top with a green or red sauce and cheese.<\/li>\n<li><em>Mole <\/em>(pronounced <em>Mol-eh\u2019<\/em>), is a sauce that is made up of approximately 20 ingredients that include Mole Poblano chili. It is a deep brown in color and is poured over a variety of prepared foods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The above are only a few popular dishes that are \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbcgoodfood.com\/howto\/guide\/top-10-foods-try-mexico\">Must try<\/a>\u201d cuisines. The more common Mexican foods we are familiar with are tamales, tostados and guacamole. Mexico uses all the food groups to create their delicious dishes.
