An American couple, Mark and Linda, discuss the process of purchasing a Mexico Land in the town of Tulum. This couple bought their lot in the development called Aldea Zama, which is contemporary-traditional village style within the town of Tulum. Here they are interviewed by Thomas Lloyd, founder and president of TOPMexicoRealEstate.com. Â Mark and Linda mention that they feel that they see this land purchase as a good investment. While Tulum most certainly retains its quaint, small-town atmosphere, which will also be maintained by Tulum's well developed urban growth plan, growing tourism interest and a new international airport promise new growth in Tulum Real Estate, as well as an increase in services available. Â Aldea Zama has a contemporary village design. At an area central to the residential lots, there will be a village center, with elegant shops. The overall concept is contemporary, but with natural elements integrated, similar to the idea Mark and Linda mention in the interview. Â An important aspect for these buyers was the ease of completing the paperwork. Linda points out that the process was "Simple, efficient and easy." All the documents were prepared ahead of their arrival from the U.S., and all they had to do was sign. This is important for international buyers, since they usually have to come from a distance, and having qualified, reliable people take care of the process, means that the transaction will be carried out smoothly, correctly and safely.
