Their background is from Merida and they have projects already constructed or under way, and are here to stay And finally, this is the strongest real estate market in all of Mexico!
In light of the economic situation, they come to the table offering several options for payment:
- 20% down, 80% upon completion (different from the standard 30-70)
- 60% down, 40% upon completion with a 5% discount (different from standard 80-20)
- 50% down in seven equal payments, 50% upon completion.
