Today, I want to focus on this second point. When you buy in Playa del Carmen, you will want to be knowledgeable about prices, supply and demand on the market, tourism trends on top of specifics of neighborhoods and lifestyle factors.

Notice that the demand is strong in Tulum and Playa, meaning that the value of properties is likely to remain strong. Also notice that Playa del Carmen, one of the more attractive combinations of services with a small-town atmosphere, offers very accessible prices, still among the lowest of the “hotspot” locations on the Yucatan Peninsula.
