Mexico Public Registry

The Mexico public registry is an open public file of records. The main function of the Mexico public registry is to administer, maintain, and record public records of merchants and property. A transfer of title must first be executed before a notary public and then recorded at the registry. A deed of title has no effects on third parties unless it has been properly recorded in a Mexico public registry.
