The unique location of La Papaya being downtown, 1 block from the main square, 2 blocks from an indoor shopping mall and block buster, 3 blocks from 5th avenue and 4 blocks from the beach, make this an ideal investment for a rental property or personal use Mr. Cruz pointed out that there is underground parking with a large storeage room for personal items”We also included a beautiful lap pool with an area for lounging during those hot afternoons” included Carlos I was impressed with the comfortable, European freshness feel of the interiorsThe top floors were most memorable distributed on 2 flats Top floor had the master bedroom which opened onto a solarium deck which included a chest deep whirlpool / plunge tub And yes, there were fantastic views of the Caribbean ocean from the sun roofs
