Ms. Zapata also pointed out that the RIVIERA MAYA will also be host to the 37th National AMPI Congress 2008Attending the congress will be C. Carlos Gutierrez Ruiz, Federal Secretary of Housing Development in representation of the President of Mexico, Felipe Calderon Hinojosa Guest speakers for the panel will include Vicki Cox Golden, vice president of NAR from the USA Bruce Greenberg, USA assesor and FONATUR CONSULTANT will be discussing “The USA recession and its affect in the Mexico Real Estate market” Approximately 400 realtors are expected to attend from all over the world

The AMPI association also congratulates the 80 associates from Cancun, Merida, Villahermosa, and Riviera Maya region who along with another 320 realtor professionals from the nation who participated in the CENEVAL REAL ESTATE EXAM This exam, which is the first in Mexican history, was applied in order to obtain a Mexican realtor professional license Once again, AMPI demonstrates its comitment of maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism in each of its members.
