This week, I was invited to have a tour of a property in Playa del Carmen to see the progress and witness the 'soft opening' of the much anticipated oceanfront hotel condo project, The Fives, located just a couple kms north of downtown Playa del Carmen. I was quite amazed and astonished on the progress of the final touches of the new infinity pool, lobby and Sky bar in such little time, especially since I watched this entire resort come up from the ground. The workers are many and putting forth a strong effort to accomplish this masterpiece The first project in the Mexico Real Estate market for this Spanish developer, is definitely going to be a quality flagship project

They continue to work hard on scheduled closings for the clients who purchased and they decided to postpone the grand opening of the resort, officially called 'Azul Fives' until February in order to fine tune all the little details and provide the utmost quality and service to the guests. As I mentioned they are operating on 'soft opening' which means the staff is being trained, preparing for the real deal. Owners are allowed to used the condos during the holidays.
