Playa Del Carmen Real Estate: Updating Mareazul Pre-Construction Oceanfront Condos

The progress has been tremendous inside the stunning Grand Coral gated community and this post will show that pre-construction projects are thriving in the Playa del Carmen real estate market.

Previously reviewed several months ago in another blog, Mareazul these playa del carmen condos, are described as oceanfront and luxurious and are an amazing part of the large puzzle that makes the entire Grand Coral project. The Nick Price designed PGA tourament golf course is well underway and one very intriguing part I learned this week, they have installed a system that gives the lagoons / lakes they are creating a crystal blue affect, which reminds me of some of the breath-taking mountain lakes up in Canada.   Mareazul is really cruising along and the changes are quite distinct. The pool is really taking shape and looks just about ready. The exteriors of the almost all condos have been completed, and most of the plunge pools are set up on the ground floor units.  Another fantastic project that is scheduled to start construction shortly is the Nick Price Residences.  They will have the priviledge of enjoying all the amenities of the Club House, as well as the beach clubs that will be accomplished over time in this community.

One of the highly attractive features in both of these projects in the developer financing. Only 30% required and they will provide financing at very comparable rates (Libor +2). There are very few projects in Playa del Carmen that can offer direct seller financing at such amazing rates.
