Playa del Carmen real estate gets the positive advances with Beach Recovery Project

PLAYA DEL CARMEN real estate market continues on a good track with the beach recovery project going forward at a good clip.Â The beaches from the Constituyentes pier going south upto the street 6 are….Â looking completely differentÂ with large amounts of sand that extend forÂ upto 20 yards beyond the original water mark!Â Â

The beaches are still off limits for tourists and visitors.Â Â The plan is to be finished by mid week for the first phase of the recovery.Â The sand is coming from Cozumel, and will also be used to help the beaches up and down the Playacar and all of these Playa del Carmen beachfront real estate.Â Â The first phase covers from Constituyentes upto the ferry dock off of Puerto Juarez.Â Â Second phase is to cover all of the playacar beachfront areas.Â
