New Playa del Carmen Condos Part II

Yesterday I wrote about a new Playa del Carmen condo project inside of Playacar.  I finally got round to viewing the Model units set up for viewings and I wasn’t disappointed.  They have an example of the Penthouse unit and the Garden house (Ground Floor) Unit.

I was impressed by the layout and the look of the building. The size of the Patio for both floors is large and has enough room for tables and chairs.  The French windows allow a lot of light to flood into the Kitchen, Dinning area and Lounge.

Both of the Playa del Carmen condo units had 2 ½ bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. There was a large utility room disguised, as a wall of cupboards and inside there was room for a washer, dryer, shelves and a sink.

Both units were the same layout with a few miner differences.

In the Garden House (Ground floor) unit one thing that struck me was the size of the walk in closet for the Master bedroom. This is lost in the Pent House due to the location of the steps to the rooftop.  This is a disappointment as I felt this would have been a good room to have in both units.

With the Pent House one thing you will see is that you get more light coming in and the whole unit feels like it has a lot more air. This is partly due to the ceiling height as it is a lot higher, especially in the two bedrooms. The PH also has the added bonus of the Private roof top area with a large Jacuzzi and seating area as well as an outside shower.

The buildings will be different that the one we saw as they will have three floors instead of the two shown also the further you go back into the development the buildings will have four floors.

This development is very big and I look forward to see the final stage. There will be 5 Swimming pools in the centre of the complex for the use of all the condos.
