It’s with great excitement that we can finally announce the grand opening of the new full ownership Playa del Carmen condo hotel resort project called Azul Fives. There was a spectacular ceremony and celebration that took place on the 1st of this month.
The project is virtually completed with a few minor items to be polished up yet it looks just incredible! They offer huge swimming pool with rivers connecting them and the units are large and spacious with ample terrace space to enjoy outdoor living. Best of all, this Playa del Carmen Condo comes turn-key.
I ran into one of our super charming clients who purchased in the project and were scheduled to close in the notary this week. We signed the “big book” and within 15 days the title should be captured at Public Registry. What a way to celebrate their first Playa del Carmen real estate transaction.
There was a good mix of owners, real estate agents and staff present to make this event one to remember. The organizations definitely made it a fantastic party with live music, acrobatic performances, fireworks and even a fire show set to tribal drumming.
