Playa del Carmen real estate infrastructure update

Today the new overpass is open to the public this Monday afternoon. The bridge was supervised by the SCT (Federal Government offices of Communications and Transportation). The bridges open around 11 am and the difference in the traffic flow was immediately witnessed.
The bridge starts on the north part of town, near to the Colonia Colosio and spans for nearly 4 kilometers coming down on the southern part of Av. Constituyentes. Again the road rises to a second bridge which extends over Av. Juarez.  There were three companies who won the bid for the construction of this major project. The bridge is just another infrastructure project that will continue the in this Mexico real estate territory.

Wow that is a great improvement. And additional safety to the people there. I thing I learned is that when you choose a place to build your house it is important to research the neighborhood.
