Wow, I just received notification from the owner, that this outstanding 3 bedroom Playa del Carmen condo has been reduced! This complex is part of the gated community of Playacar phase 1, and is right by the entrance, so it pretty much borders where the action takes place on the famous 5th Ave in Playa.
