Playa del Carmen
Viliv – Playa del Carmen condos
These beautiful, low-priced condos are located in a nice gated community just north of town. They were a big hit during 2011, and currently only 2 units are left.
This is a follow-up development located right next to Viliv from the same developer – high quality, excellent finishes, great prices. The beach is a walk away.
Heliko is located in the trendy Coco Beach neighborhood at the north end of downtown Playa. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, and the shopping and dining of Fifth Avenue about a 10 minute walk.

This is an ecological land development right on the beachfront! It is also right next to a protected biosphere reserve famous for its flamingo nesting grounds and huge variety of wildlife in general.
Campeche (West Shore of the Peninsula)

These beachfront lots are surprisingly well priced – less than $60,000 USD! They are a short drive from a golf course, a marina and up-and-coming tourist town and a beautiful colonial city with a Walmart, a modern hospital and other basic services.
