Costa Maya is one of Mexico real estate’s hidden gems – a truly off-the-beaten track paradise on the south end of Mexico’s Caribbean.
During May, Costa Maya has received more than usual amount of rain. Beach house owners are happy though as it means their cisterns are full.
So far June has been surprisingly busy on the real estate side of business, with a lot of people confirming their visits to view property in July and August. Most aren’t looking at a particular area, rather looking to buy a great priced deal, either on the coast or in town in New Mahahual. This, along with the national tourists who flock to Mahahual, should mean a busy summer season.
