Here’s some exciting news about Awa Condos, Playa del Carmen; the concrete structure is now completely finished! I’m a little late on bringing you these pictures – they’re from a few weeks back, in late September. This means construction is coming along quickly, and the developer is now ready to complete installations, utilities and finishes. Very exciting!
In case you’re not familiar with Awa, it’s one of the best prices to be found in Playa del Carmen, and on top of that it’s in an excellent location in El Cielo Residencial, a beautiful gated community a reasonable walk or short bike ride away from the beach. During late 2010 and 2011 this same developer sold out and constructed another complex with a similar concept (low price, nice design and comfortable living) right next door. The complex was completed and sold so successfully that they started with Awa immediately afterwards. Here are 2 more pictures of the construction:
Awa includes spacious units, a beautifully designed common area and a pool. The design is visually appealing and practical, with high-quality finishes and installations.
