Just last week we released a new page about Jade Residencial Tulum – pictures, videos, maps, brochures, price lists – the whole works! Yet, as important and useful as real data and info is, it’s nice to be able to tell buyers what we discovered and how we feel about the properties in a more personal sense; so, last week a couple of the good folks here from the office and I hopped into the van and took a little tour. Here are a handful of pictures, with notes. As you look, remember that these homes start at only $69,000 USD!

As you can see, the project is just beginning construction; the entrance gate and security booth are just about finished. The model homes are up, and the rest is still mostly jungle.
As the model homes show, a good deal of the trees are being preserved to make for comfortable, very natural yards, and offer shade to the house.

As I’m sure you notice, there are some points still unfinished even in the model homes. The cupboards and granite counters in kitchen were still being installed, for example. It’s worth noting that the base model doesn’t include any kitchen installations, but anyone interested in this very low-priced option could easily find a good contractor who could install a full kitchen of high quality for a low price. We have some good contacts for this kind of work. The house would be ready to move into in a very short time! The larger homes come with cupboards and granite counters installed and ready to use, as well as a stove and range hood.

We feel very good about this development as a nice, low-priced option for individual, detached homes. Of course the location, only a 5-minute walk from stores and services downtown and a 5 minute drive to the beach, is an excellent point as well!
