We have recently just started up a new blog which focuses on professionalism in Mexico real estate, as well information for international brokers.
An ever more common situation in which brokers up in the U.S. and Canada find themselves is that their clients who have been very pleased with their service want to find a vacation or retirement property in Mexico. They ask their broker to help them find a broker in Mexico that will offer the same level of professionalism and dedication to the needs of their clients that they offer.
The purpose of the new blog is to allow brokers in this situation to find information about professionalism in Mexico and the ongoing interaction with that international organizations such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in the U.S.
With this information, brokers will be able to select a broker in Mexico and refer their clients with confidence that they will be receiving highly professional service from agents who are dedicated the needs of those clients and care about them as they go through the process of establishing themselves in Mexico.
