 “But I don’t want to live in a home by the beach, so why should I bother with Mexico?”

You don’t?  Well, first of all I’m guessing that’s because you haven’t really seen these beaches yet, but that’s another story.

Here’s the bottom line; thousands of other people do.  Thousands of other people won’t be living here, but sure love to come down for their vacation!

And why should this matter to you?

Because it’s an invest opportunity!

High Demand = Income for You

Whether you love beaches, colonial cities and warm, sunny weather or not, you know that these items are very attractive for many people.  The fact that it is attractive means: 

  • some people will be looking for nice Mexico real estate to buy
  • others will be looking for nice properties to rent

In both cases, if you own the right property, you will have an opportunity for income and profit.

This Opportunity is Growing

Let’s consider some facts about the U.S.:

  • The bulk of baby-boomers have yet to retire
  • Pension and healthcare funds are strained
  • More baby-boomers are financially caring for both parents and children
  • Healthcare is expensive

The list could go on.  The point is that financially it’s getting harder for retirees to keep calling the U.S. their home.

 The Lure of Mexico

Looking at Mexico, there are many reasons why the many of the retiring baby-boomers will be looking southwards – even more than there are now:

  • warm, sunny weather
  • excellent food
  • modern healthcare
  • beaches
  • colonial cities, ancient pyramid sites
  • low cost of living
  • natural lifestyle
  • international-quality services

 So, again, whether you like this kind of stuff or not, you can probably imagine that the 64-year-old who’s just waiting to retire, but has the burden of supporting his aging parents, while helping grown children pay off a student loan or mortgage may find retirement at half the cost – and in a beachfront paradise – appealing.

And there are thousands more like him.

And each one of these is a buyer, renter or customer at the business you open in Mexico.

Think about that.

“No estoy seguro que vivir en la playa sea lo mejor para mi”, he escuchado a amigos decir esto. ¿A quién no le gustaría vivir rodeado de playa, sol y mar? Pues evidentemente existen personas a las que no les atrae este estilo de vida, lo crean o no. Hay personas que disfrutan vivir en sus ciudades grandes o donde puedan realizarse profesionalmente, etc. Este tipo de personas disfrutan de las playas solo como lugares vacacionales.
