We’ve talked about Quadra Alea before – that beautiful condo complex right in the heart of downtown Playa del Carmen.
I could remind you about its strengths (which I will do in a minute,) but we all know that seeing is believing. So first take a look at this nice video that some of my colleagues here in the Top Mexico office put together:

Location – These condos are located just a short walk from Fifth Avenue, the lively heart of Playa del Carmen’s downtown tourist district, and just another short block or two to the beach.
Size – These are probably the most spacious condos in Playa del Carmen’s downtown area, by a fairly large margin.
Price – Considering the size, the prices are very competitive.
Green space & quiet – When you walk into this complex, you might forget that you are only a block or two from the busiest downtown streets; the quiet atmosphere, the large green spaces – it all looks like something more like what you would find out of town in a gated community.
