Tomorrow, November 8th will kick off the start of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Conference and Expo in San Francisco. The conference is scheduled from November 8th thru November 11th and is comprised of a full schedule or workshops and educational training sessions to benefit realtors from all over the world.
I will be personally attending the conference to speak about some of the great advantages there are to purchasing Mexico real estate, particularly in the Riviera Maya. There are currently over 1 million Americans living in Mexico and that number is expected to rise in the coming years.
On Sunday November 10th there is a workshop called “Making Money with Mexicoâ€, headed up by Linda Neil who has lived and worked in Mexico for the last 40 years. With Linda’s experience and professionalism she was voted International Realtor of the year in 2012 and carries a very good reputation in the industry.
She will be speaking about the Broker Referral Program and how realtors from outside Mexico are able to earn a hefty referral fee; just by recommending their interested clients to a reputable, dependable, broker within Mexico.
The Broker referral program is a great program for brokers in the United States. As more and more Americans become interested in purchasing a retirement or second home in Mexico their first stop to ask questions may be their local realtor. The program is easy and we maintain an excellent list and tracking system to keep you linked with the client the whole time. In the end, if they purchase, you will receive credit for having referred the client to us! It’s that simple! I will be there at the conference handing out brochures with detailed information. You can also find this information located clearly on our website. Click here for more details about the Broker referral program.
I am excited to be a part of such a well-known prestigious event and to get to work closely alongside Linda Neil to show Americans everything the Riviera Maya Mexico has to offer for homes, lifestyle and ease. I have been living in Playa del Carmenfor quite some time now, I can say that it is an incredible place for Americans to live and work.
