Bob and Cathy Morrison approached Top Mexico Real Estate’s real estate expert Thomas Lloyd when look for the perfect paradise home. Originally from Arizona, the Morrisons decided to invest in a forever home in Mexico to settle down with their two furry children. Bob’s job working with Mexican scientific laboratories allowed them to travel throughout Mexico, and now that he is retired and has “probably seen more of [the country] than most Mexicansâ€, they are ready to settle down in a simple home.
Attracted by the beaches, restaurants, and general vibe of the beautiful coastal fishing town of Playa del Carmen, Bob and Cathy decided to search for their paradise home here. After speaking with Thomas and specifying their wishes and needs (2 bedrooms, near Downtown, with a pool and plenty of room for their furry little friends to run around), as well as establishing a budget, the Top Mexico team is off to find the perfect home for this lovely couple and their dogs.
