It is with great pleasure that I announce that I have become one of the first people in Quintana Roo to receive a new licensing and regulation accreditation that will enhance the way we do business here in Mexico. The state has recently established a new law for real estate agents and companies in order for them to legally sell property in the Riviera Maya and throughout the state of Quintana Roo.  This new regulation is mandatory and will desperately help regulate the ever popular and growing real estate sector in the state.  I am only the 9th person to receive this and am proud of this achievement… both for myself and the company I represent.
I have been living and working professionally in Mexico since 1995 and was the first person to receive the new nationally regulated Real Estate degree in 2011. This new certification will benefit all present and future clients of Top Mexico; placing us in a category of government approved real estate companies. It will provide a level of safety and security for all of those who choose to use Top Mexico Real Estate as their representatives here in Mexico.
If you are a foreigner or a local resident who wants to buy property in the state of Quintana Roo… be it Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum or elsewhere in the Riviera Maya… rest assured that this new law was designed to improve your experience in dealing with real estate agents like ourselves.
