And the winner is…
Wait a second… let me take a step back and explain. Top Mexico Real Estate and myself, Thomas Lloyd were a presenter at an expo last week in Greenwich, Connecticut.  This is part of our continuing campaign to promote the Riviera Maya, Mexico and educate our clients on how they too can own properties in Mexico.
During the two day event I meet many people wonderful people. I had the chance to answer a lot of questions they had about Mexico such as ‘What is the cost of living? What kind of properties are available in Mexico? What are taxes like in Mexico? Is Mexico a safe place to live and invest in?’ and other things like that.  When you decide to purchasing a vacation, investment or retirement home in Mexico, Top Mexico Real Estate understands that it is a big step and it is going to bring up many questions. Everyone I meet at the expo had the chance to enter their name into the raffle. The drawing was to take place a few days later back in sunny Mexico.  Speaking of weather, I must say while I was in Connecticut I was lucky enough to miss two snow storm, one that hit a few days before I arrived and the one that was supposed to arrive the day after I left.  Lucky me! Now back to what I was saying…
