El Buen Fin, which means “the good weekend”, comes to Mexico each year during the month of November. It’s an event of 3 days, from Friday to Sunday, filled with great discounts in almost every store in Mexico. It is supposed to be the “most inexpensive weekend of the year”. This year,

The purpose of this incredible weekend is to reactivate the Mexican economy through consumption. However, it also aims to help Mexican families to make these purchases less expensive. As a result, El Buen Fin benefits not also the economy, but also citizens who have waited to acquire from appliances and electronics to clothing. This weekend is similar to “Black Friday” in the US and “Boxing Day” in Canada. However, the difference between El Buen Fin and these two iconic days is the duration. While El Buen Fin covers a whole weekend, Black Friday and Boxing Day last only for one day.
