The group is supported entirely by volunteers, and all donations go directly to their programs. PAR organizes to spay, neuter, and care for Mexican street dogs. They treat dogs for illness and disease. Aditionally, they make them socialize and feed them well through foster care. Moreover they find a family to care for them as often as possible.
